Visiting Noah’s Ark in Turkey 🛶 | Biblical History Meets Reality

📖 In Islam:

Prophet Noah (Nuh عليه السلام) is considered one of the earliest and most important messengers of Allah. He was sent to a disbelieving nation that had turned to idol worship. After preaching for 950 years without success, Allah commanded him to build a massive Ark (Ship) in preparation for a great flood that would wipe out the wrongdoers.

📜 Qur'anic Reference:

> "Construct the Ark under Our observation and command..."
— Surah Hud (11:37)

Noah built the Ark far from any water, and people mocked him. But when the command came, the skies opened, the earth gushed water, and the Great Flood began. Nuh (AS) carried with him:

Believers

His family (except one disbelieving son)

Pairs of animals

They were saved, while the rest were drowned.

✝️ In the Bible:

According to the Book of Genesis (Chapters 6–9), God told Noah to build an ark to save:

His family

Pairs of every living creature

The flood lasted 40 days and nights, covering even the highest mountains. After the water receded, the Ark rested on the "Mountains of Ararat" (modern-day Eastern Turkey).

🏔️ Where Is Noah’s Ark Now?

Many researchers and explorers believe that Noah’s Ark came to rest near Mount Ararat in Turkey. Some claim satellite images and rock formations match the size and shape of an ancient ship. However, no conclusive physical evidence has been universally accepted.
